Sketches and drawings

I work with expressive drawing and mixed media, using the human figure to explore emotional and psychological states rather than likeness. These works are always quick, intuitive sketches, created rapidly as a way of capturing a moment or feeling. I allow the lines to remain loose and imperfect, guided by instinct rather than control. These sketches later become the foundation for larger, more developed paintings on canvas, where the initial energy and spontaneity continue to shape the final image.
